I got referred for the role. The recruiter seemed disinterested and like they were doing me a favor by interviewing me. I didn't put much effort in because I remembered right before the meeting that this company hosted that supremacy rally. It was also mentioned they already had a finalist for the role, and that the job required being in the office 4x a week, which felt old school and put me off.

The hiring process moved swiftly, taking about a week from online application to a phone screening. The screening itself was pretty relaxed and covered my past work experience, typical job duties, and what I expected from the role. Unfortunately, after I inquired about my application status, there was absolutely no communication back, which felt quite unprofessional and discourteous. They really should have at least let candidates know where they stood in the hiring process.

The interview took place in the lobby on the ground floor. Many candidates (dozens) were gathered there for interviews across different departments and roles. They were seated behind a partition. When called, you'd go into the lobby and meet the interviewer at a table. Many other interviews were happening at the same time at other tables. The interview itself was quick and pleasant.
