I applied on LinkedIn and heard back from a recruiter the next day for a prescreen. Then I was set up with the hiring manager. The whole thing was supposed to be 4 interviews, but I only got to the second one. I'm not the best at interviews because I tend to stay in my jobs for a while, but I'm really good at my work. I just struggle to 'sell myself.' The recruiter was nice, and she even let me know after that they chose someone else, which I appreciated. It could have been an easy interview, but I got nervous. Both interviews were on Zoom. The hiring manager asked typical behavioral questions.

Behavioral

There were two rounds in the interview process, totaling four interviews. It was mostly a relaxed experience. The interview focused more on assessing how well I'd fit with the daily team members rather than technical skills. The office space wasn't as nice as I expected, though it has been updated since I interviewed there.

Had a phone call with HR, then went in for an in-person with the Director of Accounting. Just a heads up, their Finance/Accounting department is apparently a disaster. The Director seemed super disorganized and totally unprepared - lost my resume and couldn't even find their own business cards.
