Things moved pretty quickly, actually. Got the offer in under a month from when I first interviewed. It was basically a series of chats with different folks on the team. No presentations or anything like that. Everyone I talked to was pretty nice.

Pretty long but simple interview process. Started with a recruiter chat, then the hiring manager, then district. Had 3 interview rounds total, and then got an offer. The whole thing took about a month and a half. Decided not to take the job in the end.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

A few days after applying, I got an email for a phone screen which went well. Then I had a call with the hiring manager, that also went well. The next week, I was invited for an onsite interview with the team. I arrived a bit early for the onsite, but it was fine. The interview had four rounds, including an HR round at the end. Everyone was nice and asked standard questions for the role. I felt good about the company and the job. After the onsite, there was one more round. HR said they'd update me on next steps the following week. I followed up, but they said the team was still interviewing and would update me in a few days. A week later, I followed up again and got the same response. My last follow-up also went unanswered. I was ghosted in the end, which was disappointing after a pretty smooth process with nice people. Candidates should get closure, especially after 3-4 interview rounds and an onsite.
