Assistant Store Manager
After I applied online, I got a call to set up the interview. Then I met the store director at the store and we did the interview outside.
- Can you tell me about your proudest accomplishments from past jobs?
Store Manager
This was the best interview experience I've had at any retailer or company. The interviewers were super friendly, kept me updated, and were really nice! It started with a phone chat with a recruiter, then an in-person meeting at the store with the Store Director, and finished with a Zoom call with the Regional Director. The whole thing took just under a month, from my first call early in the month to getting an offer on the first day of the next month.
- What's your approach to resolving conflicts among staff?
- How do you provide constructive criticism to team members?
Store Manager
Just so you know, during the interviews, they have a company policy where the interviewer isn't allowed to take notes. They do this to make the conversation feel more natural and less like an interrogation.
- What unique value can you contribute to the company?
