The interview process was thorough but friendly. I met with several members of the team, starting with a standard technical interview that focused on my experience and problem-solving approach. After that, there was a more people-centric interview to assess team fit and communication style. Everyone I spoke with was professional, respectful, and genuinely interested in finding the right match for both sides. Overall, it was a well-organized process that gave me a good sense of the company culture and expectations.

Their job ad is totally misleading. They say it's remote, but when they contact you, they immediately tell you it's 4 days on-site and 1 day remote, and there's no budging on this. That's not a remote job. A hybrid job is usually 2 or 3 days remote. If it's only 1 day remote, they might as well just make it fully on-site. The best you can call it is hybrid, but it's pretty much an on-site role. They'll say one thing to get you to apply, then it turns out to be something else. If you're looking for a remote or hybrid role, save yourself the time and look elsewhere because this company doesn't offer those.
