Technical Behavioral

The interview process was thorough but friendly. I met with several members of the team, starting with a standard technical interview that focused on my experience and problem-solving approach. After that, there was a more people-centric interview to assess team fit and communication style. Everyone I spoke with was professional, respectful, and genuinely interested in finding the right match for both sides. Overall, it was a well-organized process that gave me a good sense of the company culture and expectations.

I interviewed with the hiring manager, then the recruiter contacted me to set up an on-site interview. I requested to postpone it to a later date, but then the recruiter stopped responding, which was really unprofessional and harsh.

Behavioral Technical

The initial HR recruiters were a no-show twice for scheduling the first call, and didn't reschedule or respond to my attempts to connect. I then contacted the C-level HR executive, who set up a call. We talked for about 30 minutes about basic things, and then they went completely silent without any follow-ups or responses.
