I first got an email from a recruiter to chat on the phone about my experience. Then, I went in for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and HR. Right after that, I got the job offer before I even got back to work.

Went to the Herald square store, headed up to the 7th floor. Waited in a big area for about 30 minutes before an interviewer called me and took me to a side room. The interviewer read from a script the whole time. I bet they use an applicant tracking system for resumes, but nobody seems to check the job posts or applications. The job was listed as full-time but was actually just for the holidays. Even though they asked about my current and desired salary, they interviewed me for a job that only paid $10/hour. Total waste of time. About a week later, I got an email saying I wasn't being considered.

I applied online in July 2014 and three weeks later I received an email to schedule an interview on their website. I scheduled it for two days later and when I went in, I don't know if it was a stress test or what, but the administrative support supervisor was no-nonsense. She immediately started asking questions, I don't think she even knew my name other than when I introduced myself after she asked 'Can I help you?' at the door. I don't think she knew what position I applied for or even had my resume. I brought a copy but she was so direct after we entered her office that I didn't even bother to offer it. I was turned off immediately.
