“I had several interviews with really great people. Since it's an entry-level role, there weren't too many technical questions. It was more about getting a sense of the kind of person I am to work with and understanding my background.”Candidate-reported process
“It started with a recruiter call, then three rounds of interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, the second with someone from a different team, and the third with the hiring manager’s boss. The recruiter didn't quite represent the job and lifestyle accurately, as the hiring manager's boss described it differently. Also, the responsibilities weren't as clear as in the job description. It felt like a team that really cares about how long you’ve been there, your title, and how much face time you get. They seemed to lack trust in employees, requiring everyone to be on camera.
