Technical Behavioral

I chatted with the hiring manager about my background, which was pretty straightforward. Then, I had a 3-hour onsite interview. I met with six people in total: the manager, engineers from different teams, the person I'd be working with, and the director. Each meeting was 30 minutes long. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions. After that, I sent two follow-up emails. The first got a reply saying they were still interviewing and needed more time. My second follow-up got no response, so I was ghosted.
