Applied for a different job, but they thought I'd be a better fit for the admin role and set up an interview. It went well, and they said they'd get back to me in a few days and send info on benefits. It's been over a month now, and I haven't heard back, and they never replied to my three emails. I now have a bad feeling about this company and won't apply again.

It was a really basic process, pretty much dependent on the HR department and the type of internship. First, there was a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview where we just walked around the office and chatted about what the internship would be like and my qualifications. It was super easy.

I had a really good experience interviewing. They were pretty flexible with scheduling since I was still working. When I got there, the interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and was also upfront about potential challenges with the role.
