The hiring process had 4 steps and wrapped up pretty fast, taking about 3 weeks. First off, there was an HR chat to see if I'd be a good fit. Then, stages 2 through 4 involved talking with different technical folks who asked various questions. In my case, each interviewer asked about my background and tech experience, followed by a logical question that others have also mentioned.

I did an online assessment first, then had a zoom call with HR. HR mentioned there would be two more interviews, so a total of 3 rounds after the HR call. Then I had a phone call with a technical person. They said after this there are still 2 more interviews. So I guess it's a 5 step process total. I made it to round 3, which was about an hour of general questions, object oriented questions, sql questions, and riddles. The technical interviewer seemed a bit disengaged with the company overall. They mentioned they make a lot of mistakes but overcome them? It was a strange thing to say to an interviewee. I don't think I did exceptionally well on the technical round, but I generally knew most concepts. So really know how to explain things, as they are looking for someone with a couple years of coding experience. It seems to be an entry level role since I was contacted about it through Handshake, but they didn't seem to want anyone at an entry-level, at least not a CIS major. I'm not a CS major, so it was definitely harder for me, as CIS doesn't go as in-depth with coding courses as CS majors. Seems like a decent place to work with a young environment, just prepare a lot for the interviews and the process could take a month. Pretty much most questions on here are asked, so prepare for all of them. The technical round is long and worth studying for. Also, the interviewer said they are trying to go back in person next fall, so keep that in mind if you didn't ask about it! Good luck!

I went through 3 rounds of interviews with a Senior Developer, Director and CEO. They asked general questions about core Java and some puzzles. The first round was easy and went well. But the second round, the interviewer seemed not very interested from the beginning, so I didn't get the chance to have an interview with the CEO.
