Technical Behavioral Other

First round was a technical interview with a senior consultant, covering basic Java OOP and some light SQL, plus some personal questions. We got along well. I think I would have been asked more SQL if I was better at it. Second round was with the VP, also technical with some resume and personal questions. The last round was with the CEO, and I was offered the job during the interview! There were fun brainteasers in the first and last interviews.

Technical Behavioral Coding Case

It was a three round process. The first two rounds were phone calls with project managers, covering both technical and behavioral questions, though the second round leaned more towards behavioral. I got through those and then had a final round with the CEO. I was surprised that the CEO's round was also a test, asking me to solve two puzzles, even after getting through the earlier technical and behavioral parts. We seemed to connect well during the puzzle-solving discussion, but I didn't get the offer. I really enjoyed talking with the project managers, though.

Technical Coding Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and got a response in a day about sponsorship. Two days later, I had my first phone interview. It was mostly Java and OO stuff like polymorphism, plus database questions on joins and views, and a brain teaser. They also asked a few behavioral questions. It was about 30 minutes. The second phone interview was similar, with general tech questions and then deeper questions about my resume. They asked about Agile vs. Waterfall and design patterns. This one was also about 30 minutes. A few days after that, I had a 10-minute Skype call with the CEO. He asked a couple of personal and technical questions. About 30 minutes after we finished, I got an offer.
