Behavioral Case

It was an internal application. I interviewed with the property manager and they asked me questions about how I would handle specific scenarios. Some questions were about my experience and how I would use my knowledge of the industry and relevant laws in certain situations.

So the interview has two rounds. First, a phone interview with just three questions. Then, if you pass that, you'll have an in-person interview that's about an hour long and they ask you a bunch of questions. Just so you know, they tell you you have to work some Saturdays, but really it's every Saturday and you only get every other Monday off. They also don't mention until the very end that you'll have to work at different locations, some an hour away from where you interviewed.
