I went through 2 interviews and felt pretty good about them, like they were confident in me and my questions. After the last one, they said they'd decide in a week. That week passed, I reached out. No reply. Another week, I tried again. Still no reply. A whole month went by, and nothing. Even my school co-op folks couldn't get through to them. Finally, about 3 months later, they got back to me saying I didn't get the internship. It was a terrible experience getting ghosted like that.

I went through 3 phone interviews. First was with a recruiter, then two with the hiring managers. It was a good experience overall, everyone was prepared and had solid questions about me. They focused on my resume, showing they actually read it. The interviews weren't very technical since it wasn't a tech-heavy role.

So there were 3 rounds of interviews total, and for me they were all over the phone. First I spoke to a recruiter, then someone from the technology department, and finally an HR person. The first round was more general questions, and the second one was more technical.
