I found this job on my school portal. I got invited for four final interviews in Wilmington, DE and Buffalo, NY. They paid for my travel to both locations on separate days. The first interview went great, I blew the manager away. The person I would've been working with even messaged me after to say how impressed they were. The second interview was alright. The last one was a mess, they just gathered random people who didn't know each other to interview me. They didn't prepare any questions, so it was awkward and unprofessional. Then an HR guy told me I'd hear back in 3 weeks. I felt confident until I never heard back. I emailed the HR guy two weeks later, no response. Two months passed, I emailed the hiring manager, HR guy, and some interviewers. Nobody responded. I was so disappointed and offended they wasted my time. I took two days off school, spent two days traveling for interviews, and they couldn't take a minute to tell me I didn't get the job. After I emailed and called multiple times with no reply, I realized these people are wired differently and I don't want to work with people who think this is acceptable. No respect for people's time.

I got contacted by HR about two weeks after applying online. They set up a phone screen. After that, they set up an in-office interview. Everyone was super nice, and the interview conversation was pretty chill. It was just me and one other person interviewing.
