First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lytx.
Software Engineer
So, the interview process had 4 rounds. First up was an online coding test with DSA questions, and it was 90 mins. Then a technical interview where they asked about C# basics and advanced topics, microservices, design patterns, and my current project's architecture. After that, there was a manager discussion, which was a standard managerial round. Lastly, an HR discussion.
- Can you discuss basic and advanced aspects of C#?
- What are your thoughts on microservices?
- Tell me about your experience with design patterns.
Software Engineer
HR reached out on LinkedIn. There were three rounds: a managerial round, a technical round, and a behavioral round. The managerial round was pretty straightforward, mostly scenario-based questions related to my resume. The second interviewer wasn't very technical and had limited system design knowledge, mostly just theory. He was difficult to talk to, wouldn't listen, and just gave set answers. It seems Lytx doesn't have interviewers who can assess the specific technical skills on a resume, which feels like a waste of time and makes my technical abilities seem irrelevant.
- Can you describe a situation in production where you encountered and dealt with a bug?
Software Developer
I interviewed with Lytx on May 19 2024 and it went really well. The interview process was structured. First round was an hour long and was about Java, advanced Java, and DSA. Second round was a managerial round with questions about my resume, past projects, and some behavioral questions. Third round was an HR interview. After the interview process, I got a call saying I was selected. My start date was June 17. The company culture at Lytx is great, employees are supportive and friendly, creating a stress-free environment. The infrastructure is good too. My experience so far is positive, I am excited to be part of this company. The team is supportive and welcoming, making me eager to contribute and grow. Lytx is opening a new office in Whitefield soon. The salary package in the offer is what I am currently receiving, no concerns. Overall, I am happy working at Lytx. They offer a great opportunity for learning and growth and value health.
- What are your thoughts on object-oriented programming concepts?
- Can you answer some data structures and algorithms questions?
- Tell me about string manipulation.
