Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lytx.
Manager
The interview process was moderately organized, but feedback for each step was terrible. The hiring team didn't seem to know the skills they wanted. It was a very bad experience, and a big surprise that such an unorganized hiring process was used for leadership positions.
- Can you describe your previous experience handling program management projects?
Manager
The interview process was seamless, with HR keeping me informed about all the stages. It took three weeks and involved multiple rounds of interviews. For the first time, I felt that this company truly values people over processes, unlike other interviews I’ve attended. Each interview was an eye-opener, with different levels of questions from interviewers across the globe. While some behavioral and technical questions were tough to answer, the overall experience was unique. Despite the many rounds, the outcome was positive.
- Questions asked were mostly related to people and technology.
- Some behavioral questions were tough to answer.
- Some technical questions were tough to answer.
Supply Manager
I got referred by a coworker. The recruiter reached out within a week, then I had a call with the hiring manager the following week. The recruiter contacted me a few days after that to say they wanted to move forward to a panel interview. The panel interview was two weeks later, and a week after that, I got the offer. The whole thing took about 4 weeks. Everyone at Lytx was really nice and helpful during the interviews. The recruiter kept me updated on my status the whole time.
- Can you share an example of a behavioral question related to supply chain management?
- How would you describe your experience with team collaboration in optimizing supply?
- What are your strategies for dealing with unforeseen supply chain issues?
