First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lyra Health.
Manager
It was tough but pretty standard for this kind of role. I had four interviews total, which included a panel presentation. I actually liked the process overall, even though it was demanding. The people on the panel were nice and easy to talk to. You should know the company well and how to figure things out.
- Can you describe how you would help an employee who faces challenges seeing a client due to their identity?
Manager
It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with a phone screen with a recruiter, then a 30-minute zoom call with the hiring manager. After that, I had an exercise that I presented to a panel of 4 people from the team. Then, I had one on one meetings with each of the panel members. Everyone was nice, asked good questions, and was easy to talk to.
- They will ask you why you applied.
Manager
The interview process was great, you can really tell that the team is super close and full of people who are doing really well. The only thing is that it's a really long process, with three rounds, and each round has four interviews, so you're looking at about 10-12 interviews total before getting an offer. It really does filter out and pick the best people, but it also makes the interview process take longer and be a bit harder. I personally liked it, but I know it's not for everyone.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Lyra?
- What has been your overall experience?
