This is a very thorough interview process. After applying, you will get an email for a short in-person interview asking basic questions. If you do well, you will get a second interview where you will be interviewed by three separate groups. Following the interviews, you will perform a series of tests on a pilot plant with other people who are also trying to get the job. They want to see teamwork, troubleshooting skills, and overall communication to see how you work with others.

Had a phone interview first, it was with HR and they asked some basic behavioral questions. Then a few weeks later I had an in-person interview with two hiring staff. After that, there was a panel interview and a test on a glass unit, this was also several weeks later.
