It was a small panel interview. They mostly asked generic questions, not really industry specific, except for asking what an operator does. I think they also asked about a recent mechanical task I had done. That was all.

Initially had a phone interview. Then there were 3 person panel interview, and I believe you go through 3 interviews before you are selected. Asked basic personality questions. Use Star Method for answers. 2nd Interview was done through zoom or teams.

The interview was great! I was interviewed by four people and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Each person took their turn asking me questions. They asked questions about myself, past jobs, hobbies, interests, examples of different situations I've experienced in the past, and why I want to work at LyondellBasell. The interview lasted about thirty minutes.
