The interview included typical STAR questions, like asking about challenges you've faced. They didn't get too deep into technical topics, but you should definitely have a story ready for each part of your resume. They also asked about your preferred work areas and locations.
- Can you share an instance where you applied critical thinking to resolve an issue?
- Describe a situation where you had to overcome challenges or obstacles.
- What are your preferred fields and locations?

After your internship, your manager and HR will complete recommendation forms about whether you should continue with the company, move to a different group, switch functions, or leave. A significant factor in this decision is your final presentation. Afterwards, your manager will conduct an exit interview. If you are not staying for the summer after and are considering a full-time role, you will most likely need to re-interview.
- If you had the option to select a different functional group within the company, which one would you choose?
