The interview process was pretty straightforward, mostly focusing on behavioral questions. They wanted to know about my past experiences and how I'd apply them to the role. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The panel included the hiring manager, two future colleagues, and an HR representative.

Behavioral Technical

The first interview was with a process engineer and included a get-to-know-you part (not handled by HR). They went through my CV point by point. Some questions were in English about general topics, in my case about group dynamics in university work. Other questions tested my willingness to travel to "uncomfortable" or very distant places.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What do you foresee as your biggest challenge if assigned to a plant, say in Mozambique, working with a team of 3-40 individuals?
  • Can you describe your experiences with group projects during university?
  • Would you be open to traveling to remote or challenging locations for work?
