After applying through my university, I got an interview. They had an info session for us applicants after scheduling the interviews which talked about the company. The interview itself was behavioral, lasting around 30-45 minutes with a manager. About a week and a half later, the manager called me with a verbal offer and to discuss the position a bit before the official offer came the next day.
