I was initially contacted by a recruiter from R4R about potential sourcing roles, and we had a call. They mentioned they were getting more sourcing positions and were checking with their team. I mentioned I was open to both recruiting and sourcing roles given my 5+ years of experience in both. After that, things went quiet. About a month later, I was told someone else would contact me, but they didn't, so I reached out to that person. She then informed me that another R4R recruiter would be in touch. Weeks passed with no contact, so I followed up with her again. She checked in and asked if the third R4R recruiter had reached out. I confirmed they hadn't and that it had been silent. It seems this R4R team is missing out on talent due to their poor process, especially since they initiated the contact. I'm interested to see if anyone from their HR or TA team responds to provide more information.

I had a recruiting screen on Thursday and was told my interview process would be expedited because they thought I was a strong candidate. I submitted my availability and asked for the final interview panel information, but I didn't hear back from the recruiter for 10 days. I submitted my availability again, and after a few days of silence, my interviews were scheduled with less than 24 hours notice. I already had other offers and wanted to get these interviews done quickly since they were taking longer than initially stated. I still didn't have the names or titles of the interview panel. The recruiter called three hours before my interview for 'prep'. I finished the interviews. On the same day, the recruiter indicated there was a strong possibility I'd get the position and promised to call me with the team's decision within four business days. Two weeks later, the recruiter sent a brief email explaining the delay and that a decision would be made soon. I never heard back from the recruiter or anyone at Lyft again. After this whole experience, I use Uber.
