Zoom interview that was easy, people seemed friendly and motivated. Nothing hard, went smoothly. Talked about my work history, skills, industry experience, and strengths and weaknesses. Overall a good experience.

The interview process was very respectful and fast-paced. They seemed interested in getting to know me, and the environment felt jovial, like a good place to work. Multiple people interviewed me or popped into the interview, which was a bit intimidating at times, but overall it was a good interview process.

After submitting my resume online, I got a call about a week later. I then interviewed with a partner who didn't ask too many questions. It started with him asking me to 'tell me about your experience' and then it was pretty conversational. He was kind of vague about the role and what he was looking for, so I had to pull teeth to get info on things like hours, work assignment, and general employee expectations. Other places have been way more upfront about the job's lifestyle, culture, and duties, so I left this interview with a bad vibe about the company and the position.
