Behavioral Presentation

I went through a pretty long interview process with a company that reached out in late November. First, I did an AI interview, then a recruiter call, and after that, I had a presentation assignment. They told me the role was filled. A month later, the recruiter contacted me again about new openings and said they liked my presentation. So, I was invited to present to the board, which was followed by a two-hour interview day. This included my presentation, a leadership interview, and a management interview. I got good feedback all through. But after the final interviews, they just stopped responding. I followed up but never heard back. It's a bummer because communication and respecting candidates' time are so important. Wouldn't recommend.

First there was a screening call, then I had to do a homework presentation project and submit it. The hiring team reviewed the presentation to see if we would set up a meeting to discuss it, which happened for me. After that, I had an interview with 3 team members where I presented, talked about the role, and answered questions.

I applied online and then pinged the recruiter on LinkedIn. She replied super fast and we set up a phone screen. The call was good and the questions were pretty standard. I found out more about the job, and she was really clear about pay, what's next, and the whole interview thing. After the phone screen, there was a take-home part where I had to make a presentation with ideas for improving websites, to check my design sense. Then, I had to present those slides and meet with three different managers or team leads. I liked talking to everyone and the whole process was really fast. I got an offer within a few days after the last interview.
