I went through a pretty thorough interview for a Client Success Manager job. It was tough but good. I talked to CS leaders who asked about my professional style and background. The main part was a 10-minute mock intro strategy call for a small real estate company. It wasn't about looking at data, but more about building a connection and having a discovery chat to figure out what 'success' means to them. I liked showing how I can take SEO and PPC data and turn it into a clear plan.

The interview process with LP was the best experience I’ve had in months. It consisted of four well-structured interviews, including one that involved a presentation, which clearly demonstrated how thoughtful and thorough the process was. Communication was extremely timely, and I received prompt updates after each interview without ever needing to follow up. The team was transparent about every step, always willing to answer my questions, and consistently respectful of my time. Overall, the experience made me feel genuinely valued as a candidate and reinforced my excitement to join the team.

Behavioral Case Technical

Had a quick phone call that was pretty standard. Then I got a case study, though I doubt they even looked at it. The next interview, the person acted like I was interrupting them. They didn't seem interested in me and didn't do a good job selling the role or company. Also seemed to have unrealistic standards/goals.
