Project Manager
Discussions split into multiple stages, starting from HR and going up to business area managers. Each stage had challenging discussions to check attitude, reasoning method, and skills. Fun!

Project Manager
The interview process for the Business role in 2020 was good, starting with a LinkedIn contact, then a call with an HR hunter, a video call with the HR hunter, a video call with the Manager, another video call with the HR manager, followed by a practical assignment, and finally feedback from the HR hunter. The IT role interview in 2019 was endless and agonizing: it began with a LinkedIn contact from a head hunter, then a video call with the HR hunter, an SMS from the HR manager, a phone call with the HR Manager, an in-person meeting with the manager, a second in-person meeting with the manager and team members which was positive, a meeting with the HR consultant and the consulting company's GM which was also positive. It ended with negative feedback from the head hunter stating my profile was 'too brilliant and relational' for an IT role as a 'nerd behind the scenes'. My take is that they probably look for specialists paid just at market rate, not good managers who want to add value and grow fast. Both interview processes focused on operational or engineering tasks because the company seems to need to fix past structural inefficiencies. Based on these experiences and seeing different work teams, there appears to be a bias where pretty girls do marketing, and IT is for men who are perhaps shy and not well-dressed. My advice is not to be fooled by the brand and its prestige, you might end up in the chaos that characterizes the company during these years of restructuring. Also, make sure you want to do the operational tasks described in the job description, which are often limited to specific tasks.
- Tell me about your professional experience.
- Can you describe your current organizational chart?
- What are your aptitudes?
Project Manager Intern
The interview was conducted well, not very technical but direct. There was a small test, which was easy but very direct. They asked logic questions, but mostly about motivation for the selected position.
- Why are you interested in this position?
- What do you like about this position?
- How would you handle this situation X?
