First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Luxottica.
Customer Service Representative
I had interviews with several people across the company. Each interview was at least an hour. The recruiter was really disorganized and hard to get ahold of. They also didn't seem to respect my time when scheduling. I'd get a late request to interview the next day with no flexibility for my schedule.
- What are some typical interview questions?
- Can you tell me about your experience with the business?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process took about a month to get back to me. It's always good to research the company's history and how they became an industry leader. Prepare questions you'd like to ask the interviewer. They will give you scenarios to test how you resolve conflicts of interest, like role-playing. Take notes during the interview in case you get stuck and ask them to repeat a question. They also ask basic questions like hobbies and interests, why you want to work for OPSM, and what skills and experience you can bring to the company.
- Tell me about your hobbies and interests.
- What motivates your interest in working for OPSM?
- How can your skills and experience benefit our company?
Customer Service Representative
The interview questions were the same as the questionnaire the recruiter sent. I also had a CSR test on the computer through Proveit. The recruiter didn't explain much about the job, just sent an email with the description. She did mention it was for 3rd shift, but it wasn't. The interview questions were typical generic ones like, 'Why do you want to work here?'
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
