I went through 2 virtual technical rounds where they focused on Java and managerial stuff. The final round was supposed to be a face-to-face client interview in Gurugram, but since Luxoft (DXC) doesn't have an office there, they insisted on a virtual round. I asked if it could be virtual, but they weren't flexible. I booked tatkal train tickets, only to find out a day before that the client round was actually two rounds and would be in Noida's DXC office instead of Gurugram. I agreed to travel to Noida since I was already traveling from my hometown. The most frustrating part was that after traveling all the way to Noida, the client round was conducted virtually anyway. This means I traveled for a virtual interview that I could have done from home, just like the other two rounds. They didn't seem to care about my effort or the money I spent. It felt like a complete waste. I didn't get selected either. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

First, a ~30 min screening call with HR to go over the role, company, and what they're looking for. Then, a ~1.5 h phone call with two technical folks from the project, where they'll check if my knowledge and experience align with the position. After that, a ~1 h phone call with the customer.

I was initially contacted by an HR rep from Vietnam via LinkedIn for a QA Automation role in Penang, Malaysia. She was very efficient in scheduling and following up. The interview was supposed to be at the Luxoft office on the 12th floor of the Wawasan Open University building, but the expected interviewer wasn't there. Instead, I was interviewed by a Test Engineer on Skype, using their employee laptop, which was a bit unexpected. Due to Malaysia's broadband issues, the video call kept breaking, and we had to resort to using a messenger for communication. It became hard to hear the interviewer's questions towards the end, but the overall process felt smooth. Basic Linux commands knowledge is important. Update: A week later, the HR rep contacted me again for a 'second interview' with a test lead via Skype, which went well. The next day, she messaged again to schedule a 'third interview' with the project manager via Skype. I agreed, but unfortunately, the project manager didn't show up for the scheduled interview, and I haven't heard back since.
