The interview process was quite fast and all the steps went really smoothly, until it came to the main part of actually getting the offer. My experience was pretty bad because I had to chase the team for a whole month to get a final answer. They told me I got selected and sent an offer, but I had to go back to them because my expected salary was a bit more than what they initially offered. They got back saying the hiring manager was on vacation and the role was on hold, so I had to wait a few more days until the manager returned. But even after a month, I got the same reply: the hiring manager was still away, and no one else could handle it. Eventually, I just stopped following up. I really wish the team would respect candidates' time and not waste it by not giving clear answers.

I was initially contacted by HR via LinkedIn. We communicated through chat messages and then had a phone conversation. This was followed by an HR screening conducted over LinkedIn. Next, I had a technical interview with a QA specialist, and then an interview with the manager. Finally, there was an offer meeting. I received feedback after each stage of the interview process.

I was approached by an HR person on LinkedIn. After sending my CV, I got a call the next day. The first interview was technical. Then, I had interviews with the project manager, one via phone and another on Skype. After the second interview, I was told I'd get feedback in about a week, but I didn't. They said they needed to interview more candidates. About 3 weeks later, I got a call for a final interview with the Team Leader in Bulgaria, but I had already accepted another offer, so I declined.
