Project Manager
We started with some basic interview questions, then dug into your background and experience. We also covered getting started questions, strengths and weaknesses, career development, and how you'd fit with the company. Then there were behavioural questions, company-related questions, hobbies and interests, and leadership questions.
- What experience do you have?
- What's your education?
- What motivates you?
Senior Project Manager
The interview process has 3 steps. First, an HR interview that lasts about 1 hour maximum. It involves many soft skills questions, general small talk about your experience, and an English level check to see if you can speak fluently. Second, a meeting with the customer, approximately 1.5-2 hours long. This part has a lot of project management questions and a case study where you need to explain your approach and reasoning. The time aspect of these cases relates to real projects and daily challenges, covering worst-case scenarios. Third, HR feedback followed by a potential offer.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
