So I applied online and the first thing was a recruiter call where they told me about the company and benefits. After that, the technical interview was scheduled about 5 days later, and everything was online. The technical interview was with someone from India, and his English wasn't perfect. He asked usual questions about Java, Spring, design patterns, data structures, and security. There was also a bit of live coding with a simple task. I got feedback a few days later saying I got good grades, except for my English, which he rated B1. But then management decided to move forward with other candidates.

So, after the first screening call, I had a technical interview and then a manager interview. I actually cleared both, but then they told me the position was closed, which was weird since it was after the interviews.

Technical Coding

I interviewed with Luxoft for a Senior Java Developer role in Jersey City. The interview had average questions, and I felt I answered 98% of them right. I also did some coding exercises and showed the results. But later, the recruiter accused me of cheating without providing any proof, and now they are not responding to my emails, LinkedIn messages, or phone calls. This was very disappointing and unfair since I answered honestly and showed my coding skills. You should really reconsider interviewing with them; it seems like a waste of time.
