The interview was scheduled fast, within a day. I asked about the tool, but didn't get much clarity. The hiring manager wasn't very helpful in understanding the client's needs. The interview lasted an hour, and the interviewer had a set of questions to get through. The questions were all about process, focusing on Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, with no technical questions.

Applied via LinkedIn, and the HR contacted me right away to set up the first round of interviews. I cleared Level 1, so they organized a technical round interview. I cleared that too. Then the problem started. The Hiring HR said my profile was sent to the client for approval. After a few days of following up, I got rejected with no feedback. I don't get it, as I don't know what the client's expectations were, which wasn't clear in the two rounds that were about 45 minutes each. Seems like it was just a waste of time for candidates.

This was a really good interview experience, they gave me really detailed feedback. There were deep technical questions, plus questions about my understanding of business processes and methodologies. The HR interview focused on my motivation and what I'm looking for in the future, and we both agreed that a PO role might be a better fit for me than an SA role.
