The hiring process was phenomenal, the staff is very kind and responsive. Special thanks for Benjamin, Shir and Ella. My technical skills set wasn't suited for this position but I was impress with the professional process from start to finish.

Day 1, I sent my CV. By Day 7, an HR person called. Even though I applied for customer support, they asked me if I saw myself in technical support or customer success in the future. Day 10, I had a Zoom call with a teammate who seemed to be a CS Representative, not a hiring manager. Day 14, I had to go to the Tel-Aviv office for a test, which was strange because other companies do this online. The office was nice though, and the person I met offered me water and coffee. Day 28, I had a Zoom call with two hiring managers, the Customer Success Lead and the Customer Support Lead. Unfortunately, I didn't pass this interview and didn't move forward.

The interview process involved an HR screening and an interview with a senior team member, which went well. Following that, there was an office assignment stage. For this assignment, you're brought into the office to prevent using AI for customer email responses. It's an 'open book' scenario where you can use their help center and other resources. The test was on a Mac, which was unfamiliar, and managing the keyboard and mouse took significant mental effort, hindering my ability to fully explain my thought process for the replies I was writing. Despite this, I passed the assignment. The next stage was an interview with the hiring manager, which was professional. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job. The HR department contacted me two days later stating they had selected other candidates because I lacked sufficient 'global experience.' This is despite them being aware of this requirement beforehand, which made the entire process feel like a misalignment on something else. Regardless, the people I interacted with were great, and I had very pleasant conversations with the team throughout.

Confirmed questions7 questions
  • Can you describe how you would approach responding to customer emails using available resources?
  • How would you manage working on a Mac, especially with its keyboard and mouse functionalities?
  • Tell me about how you structure your thought process when writing replies to customer inquiries.
