I was brought into the Bubbles department and we were taught how to make a bubble bar as a group. Then, each of us was paired up with a current employee, who showed us how they worked. After that, we were taken aside individually for a one-on-one interview.

The interview had a really welcoming vibe, with interactive stations where I got to learn hands-on what the job would be like. They also made time to chat with me individually. Everyone was super friendly and happy to answer all my questions. I liked that there were no papers; they used tablets for check-in, and I was allowed to bring my girlfriend even though she wasn't officially registered.

I sent in my resume to HR about two weeks ago. Then, a week after that, they invited me to a hiring fair they were having at the factory. There were maybe 30-40 other people there. They had about 5 or 6 people interviewing at tables, and we each got sent to one. The interviews were super short, like 5-10 minutes. After that, you had to fill out an application. That was pretty much it, really easy.
