First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LUSH North America.

The interview was a fun, group-style, in-person event that felt more like a casual get-together than a formal interview. Everyone was really friendly, and it wasn't stressful at all. We all took turns answering basic interview and scenario questions. We even got a small thank you gift at the end, and we heard back about the job within a week.
- Why are you interested in working for LUSH?
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging customer.
- How would you manage during a busy period with many customers needing help?

the interview process was a little bit lengthy, you meet with the ASM at first and if successful you will be brought in for a demo interview where you must learn about and demo a product on a current employee there (it may be different now because of the pandemic) if successful you then meet the manager and have an interview in which is the final step
- Why do you want to work here?
Associate
Had a phone interview that was really enjoyable. They inquired about my professional background and also about me personally. A question that stood out was asking about how I practice self-care. I appreciated that it focused on getting to know me as an individual.
- How do you take care of yourself?
- What are your strengths and what areas do you want to develop?
- Can you describe a situation where you had to solve a problem?
