The whole process involved 4 meetings with different Lunauts. It kicked off with a recruiter chat about the role, my motivation, and salary expectations (30min). Then, I interviewed with the TA Lead to go over my background and the role in more depth. After that, there was a "Moontality" interview with a leader from outside TA to see if I was aligned with their values (One mission, one Team, Get it done, right, Obsessed with the best, Customer first). The final meeting was with the Global Head of TA to dive deeper into my skills, experience, and also talk about team strategy, challenges, and projects. The entire process from applying to getting an offer took 4 weeks. I consistently got updates within about a day after each stage. The offer came through quickly, within a day, and onboarding started two weeks later. I was immediately connected with a specialist for benefits questions. My laptop arrived the next day, and I could even pick a specific delivery time with DHL.

It was a 30 minute phone call and then a meeting in their London office. No feedback after the face to face round. Very disappointing given their expectations for candidates in a Talent Acquisition role to provide good candidate feedback. I even emailed them with a suggestion a couple of days after the interview, but got no response.

It began with a phone call to get a feel for each other and the company. Then there was an in-person meeting with the Head of Talent, which allowed us to put a face to the name and also get a tour of the office. After that, I had a take-home assignment that involved job-related scenarios and how I would handle them. The final step was a meeting with the CFO and Head of Recruiting, followed by lunch with other Luno team members, which was a great way to get a sense of the company culture.
