First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lumos Marketing Group.
Management Trainee
It was a simple get-to-know-you interview. The interviewer made me feel comfortable, got to know me and then asked me questions from my resume. She then told me about what the company does and when they're looking to fill the position. The second interview was longer and more detailed. The employee who did my second interview was delightful and engaging. Looking forward to my continued success here.
- Can you describe your leadership style?
Management Trainee
The interview process began with a phone call, which then led to a Skype interview. The interviewer was friendly and provided a lot of company information. After the Skype interview, I was invited for a half-day visit to get a feel for the company's operations and culture.
- Can you tell me about your favorite movie?
- Is there a place you've visited that you'd want to go back to?
Management Trainee
I applied online and then got a call from HR. We scheduled an in-person interview where I met a woman who told me about the position and then invited me for a second interview. I also did a shadow day to learn more about the role.
- How would you approach coaching someone with more tenure than you?
