The interview process was good. As a fresh graduate, they only asked about my project during my studies. The session was about 30 minutes long. I had a first interview session with HR and then a second one with the hiring manager. I haven't received any feedback after the second interview yet.

The interview process was great, really fitting for people just starting out or in internships. They conducted the interview online, making it convenient for whoever was applying. The questions were mostly general, not really digging into deep theoretical knowledge.

I applied online but didn't hear back, so I got in through an internal referral. The first step was a phone interview with two senior engineers or group leaders. About a week later, I was invited for an onsite interview, which was the most intense I've ever been through. It kicked off with a presentation of my research, and then I met with different interviewers every half hour, including managers, engineers, and staff relevant to the role. It was a long day! I really liked the team, they seemed smart, professional, and dedicated. If I got an offer, I'd accept. They seem to value creative problem-solving. The HR team was super responsive initially, but after not getting an offer, they went silent with no explanation.
