Customer Service Representative
The whole interview was really simple and easy, all done through chat. There were twelve questions to answer to check if you're a good fit for the company.
- How long do you plan on working for the company?
Customer Service Associate
I had a quick phone chat which was maybe 15 mins long. Then they emailed me an assessment to do, which I completed. A few days after that, I got an email to set up a virtual interview with the supervisor. It was supposed to be the next week, but on the morning of the interview, they sent an email saying thanks but they're moving on with other people. So I never got to meet the supervisor for some reason.
- Can you share an example of a time you dealt with an angry customer?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was pretty standard. They asked about my past customer service roles and how I dealt with them. They also wanted to know about my hobbies and interests. The person interviewing me was very pleasant.
- Can you describe your customer service experiences?
- How did you handle specific customer service situations?
- What are your hobbies and interests?
