Awful experience. That company pretends to be a great place to work, asks you to record answers to video interviews, and informs you to get back in a week but you get no message and their Recruiters don't even bother to respond to you on Linkedin. This comes from a candidate that has a completely matching resume. Thanks for wasting my time, blacklist you forever.

The interview process was really fast but, most importantly, really human. I was sourced via LinkedIn and met the recruiter a few days later. I absolutely loved this interview and was super excited about the company and the culture. I felt seen and understood from the beginning, it was indeed a very human conversation. On the same day, I met the CEO, who sent me the offer right after we spoke. It was truly great to be able to talk directly to the CEO, thought that was really a special touch (the first time this happens to be in over 8 years of professional experience). But I have to say the most impressive part came after the offer - I got a counter offer from my company at the time, and decided to stay there (sometimes, change can be scary). Most recruiters would just accept that I declined and move forward, but that was not the case. Knowing my pains in the current company, the recruiter that sourced me set up a meeting, and I have to say it was really enlightening. It was an honest conversation, which made me realize Clevertech would be the best option for me and for my professional growth. And I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I chatted with the founder and his partner. Both conversations were awesome, and I was super stoked about the gig. They said I'd hear back about what's next in a few days. I followed up three times and heard nothing. I get it if I wasn't the right fit, but I took time off work for both interviews, so I'd expect some word letting me know. As a Recruiter, I really appreciate companies that give good candidate experiences, and this was not it. They were rude.
