I applied through their website in July 2023. The whole process was automated, no one contacted me personally, everything was done via automated email. And in the end, they simply sent an automatic email in the middle of SUNDAY saying that they will not proceed with me. It's really sad and frustrating to waste time with this kind of company and interview.

It was a 4 step interview process: a screening call, then a technical assessment which was weird because it came with a project that didn't build and had a few technologies we don't use daily. The test asked you to develop one of the app layers entirely. After that, there was a tech call about some general questions on a real-world problem. Finally, there was an optional call with a manager. At the end, they sent a default feedback email without any useful information, even when asked.

Submitted application online and got an automatic message with a technical assignment. This assignment, evaluated by a third-party partner, took about two hours and involved fixing bugs and implementing a small feature in two projects, plus a 10-20 minute follow-up Q&A. I encountered an issue with broken UI tests in the first project but fixed what I could and provided feedback. The second project was straightforward, and I was ready for the questions. After submitting the assignment, there was a brief recruiter call, a standard experience check covering my background, expectations, and company info. The final step was a technical interview, which wasn't overly difficult. They presented real-world problems relevant to my field, focusing on feature implementation and system design. I was later notified I passed and was placed in 'Active relationship' as no roles were currently open but I'd be contacted first when one became available. The recruiter followed up several times regarding my availability. Two weeks later, an offer was extended, which I accepted.
