The process started off promisingly but quickly devolved into a frustrating experience. After an initial no-show for the first interview, I managed to reschedule. The subsequent technical assessment was straightforward, leading to a technical interview. Unfortunately, I was stood up again for this round, though they did reach out to reschedule for the next day. Following this, we discussed remuneration, where they initially made a very low offer but quickly increased it. Just as things seemed to be progressing, I was informed the project was on hold. A week later, I received an email about a new project and expressed continued interest. I was then ghosted for another week, despite reaching out to other recruiters. During this period, I noticed numerous job postings for similar roles, making me suspect they were just collecting CVs. After another week, they cited uncertainty about the project as the reason for the lack of contact, even though the job ads persisted.
