Behavioral Technical

It started with a basic HR screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The HM was very aloof and preoccupied with other tasks. The interaction felt more like an interrogation than a conversation, as I was asked to explain my resume gap. By the end, it was evident she wasn't interested in moving forward. At a minimum, professionalism is expected, like making eye contact and engaging in a conversation, rather than dismissing candidates for having a resume gap while in transition between jobs.

Case Behavioral

The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a 30-minute team call. If that went well, we moved to a full final case day. It was a pretty straightforward process overall. Everyone I met was really nice, down-to-earth, and seemed more interested in my actual abilities and past work than in tricky, made-up situations or standard behavioral questions. The case day itself is a long one and definitely needs good preparation. It's stressful but doable if you put in the effort. We had team meetings mixed in throughout the day which were pretty relaxed and checked for cultural fit. I'm giving it a "negative" rating mainly because the whole thing took a lot of time and felt a bit disorganized. We didn't end up getting an offer due to logistics, which honestly could have been communicated much clearer from the start.

Behavioral Case Presentation Technical

The interview process had 3 rounds and took 3 weeks. The first round had a 30-min behavioral interview and then a 30-min case that used a slideshow with biopharma data. The second round was just a standard market sizing case with lots of follow-up questions, no behavioral part. The last round was a 45-min talk with senior leaders, and then a 45-min 'coffee chat' with a Consultant. This last round felt like a vibe check, but they did ask about a project the upper manager was working on. The overall process was smooth and fun; everyone was friendly and kept things moving well. I got clear instructions before each round.
