Applied through a weird third-party recruiter called 'Skyrocket Ventures'. They sent a tough questionnaire that everyone had to take. The initial screening was basically just reading the job description. The first call link didn't work, so the hiring manager had to text me a new one. I ended up talking to one of the co-founders who's in charge of product and engineering. I had two back-to-back interviews with him over two days.

I worked with a pretty aggressive agency that called after every interview. I was maybe too open with everyone. I made it to the final round, but Luma didn't move forward after I said I wouldn't work outside regular hours. It's probably a good place if you want to be a cog in the machine.
