I applied and got a quick response about the process. The first round was a coding round with a supportive and engaging interviewer who asked a basic coding question. The second round was a System Design interview with three interviewers. I was asked to design an Amazon-like e-commerce system, minus the payment functionality. I didn't do well here because I missed several important aspects, but the interviewer calmly discussed what I had put on screen. I didn't ask about usage, DAU, memory, etc., as the prompt was to make the design scalable and highly available. Just a heads-up: if you don't hear back in 8 days, assume you weren't selected because they don't follow up if they're not moving forward with your profile.

It was a three-phase interview process. First, I spoke with the team lead, then the manager, and finally HR. I didn't get the offer due to salary expectations and sponsorship issues. If you need F-1 OPT sponsorship, this company is not for you. The typical salary for this role is around $50k-$55k, and you'd need to relocate to Cincinnati.

The interview process was pretty fast and focused. Luma got me talking to the key people quickly, gave me feedback soon after, and it was a good mix of finding out if I was a fit and showing me why the role is great.

The interview process was relaxed and very open. I was able to guide my own answers without being asked boolean questions. The team members I interviewed with were very knowledgeable and friendly. The interview concluded in a typical fashion and it was refreshing to hear more about passion and culture rather than corporate bullet points.
