I applied online and did a phone interview with the recruiter. Then, I was supposed to have a video call with a team member two days later, but they sent me a rejection email less than two hours before it was supposed to start. This was super unprofessional.

I applied online and got a response a few days later. The first step was a phone interview with HR, who was friendly. Then, we set up a meeting with the hiring manager, though there was some confusion about who exactly that was, as I was initially introduced to two people. I eventually met with the correct hiring manager, who was also friendly, and we had a good conversation. The HM mentioned a delay due to the next group being out of office but assured me I'd hear back soon. After about a week, I followed up, and HR replied that they were still coordinating schedules. Another week passed with no response, so I reached out to the HM directly for an update. Within 10 minutes, I received a very generic email stating they were moving forward with other candidates. I asked for feedback, which was also unhelpful and generic. The company seemed fun, but the interview process was chaotic and lacked clear direction.

So, first you'll probably have a chat with a recruiter or the hiring manager over the phone or video. They'll wanna know about your background and what you've done. You might have to show 'em how you used your skills before. Then, there could be an online test or something to check your skills, just to make sure you're good for the job. If you nail that, they might invite you for an in-person interview. This is where they dig deeper into your experience and stuff, and again, you might have to share examples. Finally, they might ask for references or do a background check. After all that's done, the manager will decide and let you know what's up.

The interview process kicked off with a recruiter call, which got rescheduled. The actual interview felt a bit off, almost like a scam due to the rehearsed delivery. After a three-week silence, I was invited to a video interview with a team member. This person seemed uninterested and was a bit rude. This interaction completely soured my interest in the company. A few days later, I got a generic rejection email.
