The interview process had 3 stages for the initial discussion, followed by a training center assessment with a psychologist interview, and finally an on-site meeting. It was a great experience! This professional approach is something every employer should wish for during recruiting.

The process started with an online meeting, followed by an online test, and then a conversation. It went pretty much as one would expect. They introduced themselves, talked about the job details, asked about expectations, and posed some job-specific questions. Nothing out of the ordinary, really. It was 30 minutes.

The interview process generally includes a few steps like an initial screening, then phone or video interviews, maybe some tests, and finally in-person interviews. They're trying to see if you're qualified, what skills you have, and if you'd be a good fit. And yeah, it was a pretty good experience.
