You had 30 seconds to prepare for questions, which was barely enough time. Although the format was easy to understand and simply structured, you felt like Lufthansa didn't care about you. Also, I received the invitation for the interview on Friday afternoon and only had until Monday noon to respond.

It was really interesting to see how (dis)organized Lufthansa works internally. My interviewer was one of the department heads. Unfortunately, he seemed to have completely missed coordinating with HR or at least involving someone from there. He just read questions from his second monitor, probably the standard ones HR provides, and didn't even look at the camera. At times, I wasn't sure if I should keep talking or if my answers were even being received well. Ironically, the preparation materials stated that we should please look directly into the camera, as it appears more polite.

Eine einfache Online-Bewerbung, gefolgt von einem Telefoninterview und einem Vor-Ort-Interview. Der gesamte Prozess war schnell und reibungslos, und alles war für das Onboarding organisiert, als ich mit dem Praktikum begann. Das Vor-Ort-Interview dauerte etwa eine Stunde und begann mit einer lockeren Unterhaltung über mich, meinen Auslandsaufenthalt und meine Motivation für das Praktikum. Danach gab es eine kurze, praktikumsbezogene Aufgabe, wie z. B. die Erklärung von KPIs für das Sales Management.
